Man Registers Highest Ever Recorded Blood Alcohol Content During An Arrest

A man arrested for drunk driving in the central Oregon town of Madras registered what is believed to be the highest blood alcohol content ever recorded during an arrest at 0.77.

That’s more than nine times the legal limit.

It all stemmed from an incident earlier this month where po-po were called about a hit-and-run.

They tracked down and pulled over the drive believed responsible for the hit & run.

Po-po said in a press release, “The driver, identified as Nathan Danzuka, 28, was reported to have a blood alcohol content was reportedly 0.77%, which is more than nine times the legal limit.”

Danzuka was reportedly taken to the hospital for a medical evaluation and placed into custody.

Cops say criminal charges are pending against him.

TMZ reports that “a .77 is reportedly the highest ever recorded BAC, surpassing the previous record of .72 set in 2007 by a woman ... also from Oregon.”
